Cigarette Smoke Can Eliminate Buyers

Every Realtor has come across this situation. A wonderful home that your about to list, you walk in the front door and into a wall of cigarette smoke. For the sensitive ones, your eyes start to water and your nose starts to sting, and it continues until you leave and breath in the fresh air.  All the feedback you get from other Realtors about the home has nothing to do with cosmetics but all to do with the lingering odor and how difficult it is to get out.

I found this article to bring awareness to the effects of smoking in the house.  Not just the health reasons/risks, you see that everywhere!  But the thousands of dollars that can be lost on the sale of a home due to the left behind smell of cigarettes.  Please smoke outside!
